I’m glad someone else said this. I just told him that by cutting simple sugars and drinking only water or sugar free sport drinks to stay hydrated (sugar free Powerade or Liquid IV) will help him shed 10-20lbs alone, then cutting back on carbs will start helping his body to start burning the fat it’s storing.
Brandon, you gotta give Angel at least the month of March to lose more than 15 lbs! He can’t lose more weight than that in a safe way just in February! Take care of your buddy and his health!
