No, he’s not. Mirio stomped 8% Deku and Mirio couldn’t catch a bullet.
@@extremelyboredtatsumaki.495 Bruh we've actively seen Izuku doge multiple bullets from assault rifles at point blank range before when using 8%.
And even than not only is Mirio's not faster than 8% Izuku but bullets are also a non issue for the blonde. Hell just like Izuku, Mirio was shoot at in point blank range and dodged multiple times. The only time he got shot at and it actally hit was when he willingly took the bullet for Eri.

He was just keeping ahead of the firing line, he wasn’t outspeeding the bullets. You can visually see the bullets moving much faster than him.
Mirio cannot catch bullets. He never reacts or dodges to bullets. He just permeates before the guns fire.
@@extremelyboredtatsumaki.495 Izuku was very clearing going faster than the bullets. Not only bouncing on and off the walls before they hit him but also getting closer to the enemy while doing so. The fact that he was able to stay ahead of them proves my point. You can't stay ahead of a bullet when your in point blank range unless your faster than it which Izuku has more than proven to be.
Also my argument wasn't that Mirio was faster than bullets just that Mirio has the reaction time to permeate before they hit just like he did when Izuku attaked. That doesn't make him faster than the enemy just means he can react fast.

I know it's an Ochaco and jiro vid but... My boi deku really just went zoooooom
I love how they managed to give jiro great screentime in this movie and they made her interact with others not only just with momo and the bakusquad (namely kaminari, sero, bakugo, mina and even kirishima i guess).
And this movie even showcases Jiro as badass. I really loved the scene where she alongside with ojiro and shoji tried their very best to protect the kids from nine. Well yeah they were knocked out by him but they managed to protect the kids in the crucial time wherein deku and bakugo are still nowhere to found.
