Well thanks for going out on that apparantly wet, rainy and miserable day and shooting video for us Harry! That paint scheme looks great on 6499! No need to have a Pennsy scheme on it now, the WC has reason to be proud of their own organization! A question. That line looks like it was electrified at one time. Do you know if it's ex-Pennsy or ex-Reading? A fine show, and I hope you didn't catch a cold making it! Thanks!
Thank you very much! The line is ex. Pennsylvania Railroad and it was electrified. MP54s were a common sight on the branch during the PRR/PC days. SEPTA ran passenger services on the line until 1986 and WCRL has been running tourist trains on the line between West Chester and Glen Mills since 1997.
What a nice bit of railroad sunshine on an otherwise cold, damp and rainy day. Great job! Keep up the good work, Harry!
Thank you dad! Glad you enjoyed the video
Excellent video Harry! Had a lotta fun chasing with you that day!
Thank you Ashton! It was fun chasing with you! Can't wait for more to come in the spring
Great stuff as always! 6499 looks sharp!
Thank you Arthur!
Nice!
Thank you!
