  • Introduction to A3 Thinking and the A3 tool. An in-depth overview of the A3's components and how they should be populated and used. Coverage of how A3s relate to the Toyota Production System (TPS), the Plan-Do-Check-Act process (PDCA), lean, and continuous improvement.
I have used the A3 tool extensively at several aerospace manufacturing companies (Meggitt, Textron, Marvin Engineering), and this tool consistently delivers great results from the team as well as organization management. The A3 is now an essential part of my toolkit for managing projects, RCCA, and high-visibility initiatives.
