Please adjust the potentiometer knob using screw driver in the soil moisture board or trying increaseing the input voltage

@akhilprakash6979 You can't do it by 7805 ic but you can use MT3608 booster module to increase voltage example:5v-9v,use buck converter (LM2596) to decrease the input voltage example:14v-9v,these 1amp converter comes cheap around ₹90-110.
