Allocating downtime is super important, if you get outside the house for 4 hours on the weekend it breaks the monotonous grind. I can relate to all of your points, great video. I bought a safe to lock electronics away from myself, the struggle is real

All of these points are so relatable that I often find myself doing these and having the same problems you have.

For me it is 20 mins, but when I procrastinate on that too - i lower the bar to just 2 minutes and give myself the liberty to actually walk away if i don't wish to continue after that.

I relate to this so much, I found many of these techniques on my own but hearing you say them is clarifying. Also seeing how capable you are with your channel and how you carry yourself, it’s very reassuring to me - Like oh I’m not inherently incapable, I just need different techniques than others.

That is hilarious i flunked a class in my native lingo due to not typing up a fake report lul
The initiative to start cooking food or start doing laundry or whatever is the part that sucks but while doing it it ain't that bad
I keep a discord server with various chat #names to easily locate and post stuff that i might want to access in the near future or simply access from another device
literally just hit ctrl + k and type 'spam' hit enter, or 'music' or 'car' or other and it is really easy to locate your attached documents, images, info, links -- Highly Recommended!
thanks for the videos. I am just about to start your beginners javascript course as a segment of my 100-day challenge to code in the near future ... just gotta get to it :P

When you suffer from behaviors of people... You genuinely do not want to procrastinate anything but you even don't have choices... No ones want to waste their time.

5 work for you, I take medication for mine. It makes me productive but on the wrong things. Trying to force myself to learn code just burnt me out
