Thanks for the review, I've not tried it. This wasn't what I'd expected actually! I've seen some people love it, others not. That is usually the sign of an interesting fragrance.
So true. I have a few more additions that are as polarizing. But they worked for me! I’ll be sharing that info soon (once I get over the hurt from RUclips treatment 😔🥲)
Thanks for the review. I like smaller RUclipsrs because they aren't obligated to “sell” you an item because they are being paid to; it’s more honest and authentic. Hermes has always been one of those hit or miss brands when it comes to their fragrances (their bags are always gorgeous). I received a sample of Barenia with an order and it was so nice that purchased a travel size during the day recent Sephora Rouge sale. It’s not my favorite scent profile so I didn’t purchase a bigger bottle but it’s unique enough that I would like to own enough juice to play around with to decide if I wanted to purchase bigger in the future. I own over 150 full bottles and 95 travel sizes, I’m learning that I have to start being selective when it comes to what I feel I NEED.
Hi, thanks for your nice comments. Hermes fragrances I agree do not leave you indifferent. I have genuinely disliked a few that u have had to scrub off. Not many🙈 just a few 😊. I have found it a bit difficult to watch the mega big reviewers. Seriously a few of them has caused me to get some of my biggest regrets in perfume purchases😞. But I think I have more experience now, and my regrets are fewer in between. I agree that the more fragrances you have the selective you can become. Any new add needs to bring something more to the table☺️. Once again many thanks for watching 😘
Yes well said, time to understand this fragrance, I went to Sephora to smell 5 times already 😂😂 We are dating 😂 I see a mariege arriving😂😊 I did not smell "angel aspect" that some talking about. But yes very the is elegance and whelty and old money inside the bottle.❤
I would be curious to sniff this one. Just from what I know of Hermes, this is based on one of their heritage leathers. Great review!! Can’t wait to see more of your current collection. Thanks for sharing 😊
I know how enticing Christine Nagel creations are. And I love this creation as well, and how it brings me a zesty and honey- sweet tea note. And then comes the woody, and somewhat green accord from a mossy forest. I have tried this fragrance before in the air, as the scent machine diffuses it in this feminine clothing store here in Brazil, called Canal Concept. Canal Concept is one of the dEssences olfactive marketing clients, but their scent is not for sale. DEssences Olfactive Marketing is GIVAUDAN's client. So, thay explains why I am also one the Mall's visitors who makes a lot of head turns as I pass by this store's entrance. On my perception, Barenia was created from Canal Concept's scenting experience. And it turned out to become more refined, of course, but it's struture definitely brings me back to that beautiful and hypnotising olfactive experience I used to feel in Canal Concept clothing store, here in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Yep to each its own. That’s been the biggest lesson I have learned. Some very expensive fragrances I have tried desperately to like but never can. I let them go.
A bit of a classic background isn’t it. I have felt intimidated to show my fragrances somehow. I didn’t want to show like I am showing off. But I have a new moto now. It’s sharing not showing 😊
