UNBELIEVABLE!!! A security guard following you around the streets of London. Don't you have to be a police officer to do that? Is he going so far beyond his lawful brief as a security guard for a shop that he is breaking the law? Is he impersonating a police officer as well as trying to impersonate a human being?
I'm only a few minutes into this and I had no idea BT could have such contempt for the public, and to think I was thinking about switching my broadband to them last week. That's 100% not going to happen now, what a disgraceful show from BT.
Well done tla that had a bit of everything in it..from the nice & charming to the rude & ignorant, by the way that Scottish lass was gorgeous and so polite & her friend,its a delight to see..well done fella!
Their authority does not extend out onto the street and therefore cannot tell you what to do or what to wear etc. They are only responsible for what happens on their premises.
Yes, and everyone of them have dozens of 'legal' cameras 'watching you' without your consent. Some like News and TV companies have thousands of hours of collected film work sitting on their shelves, and again they know it was 'legally' collected. But get aggressive, sassy and all privacy protective when it's them being filmed.
Love the people that are fuming but try to put a smile on their face to hide it! They're usually the ones you have to look out for coz they look all happy but can snap at a moments notice!
It should be a rule that the security industry only employ people who have at least a basic level of communication skills in the English language and possibly some knowledge of the freedom laws.
You highlight how entitled and bored security guards are 😂 Give them a blue badge and a door code and they think that they are Judge Dredd 😂 Great audit meeting so many nice friendly people proving that not everyone is terrified of a camera 😂
Just a suggestion which seems to work great for other auditors. Instead of answering 'Not allowed' with "yes I'm allowed of course I am". Which often results in them walking off- Answer, "really, why am I not allowed"? Then see what lies they initially come up with. Feigning ignorance at first results in them digging themselves a deeper holes with blatant lies and makes for good entertainment :D Cheers pal! Top stuff!
Thought for you, wee man - have you considered sending footage to the CEOs & HR Directors of each company that you cover, asking them for feedback on their action plan to address the obvious shortfall in behaviours & legal knowledge to prevent future occurrences. Could be an interesting sideline ... I can just imagine baldie bragging about his 'handling' of the Major Incident with the man with the camera. For years to come, no doubt.

I am amazed after years of many people going around filming with a camera and the social media coverage from it that people (security guards/police) still think you cannot film what you see from public areas....How can they get it so wrong...
I did what you do in Manhattan last year filmed up from the street and from open balconies of the iconic buildings all around and no one even looked at me sideways.
The toothless security badge company SIA seem happy to take the money but don’t take action against their misbehaving members neither do the police. Simply follow the rules of displaying to members of the public in case they wish to scrutinise those who may get aggressive or harassing while under the rules of SIA.
If I had to vote for the best auditor in the UK you would always come top of the list. Your demeanor and interlect far surpasses most in this line of work. Thanks for all your content
