As long as the time doesn't end, you can do it. My advice is to get around lv 1300 and then you can solo him. With domani bda use your points in defense and demon. While fighting him, don't forget to use the ability "ice lotus flight" while you are transformed, because it heals you. Hope I helped you

Those are just where the night guardians spawn at, so when it’s night time they will spawn by those pillars
