I have chosen to follow intuitive, mediums, tarot readers etc instead of the news about the election events. Media can be manipulated but information from above or the field is truth.
You do have to be careful with mediums and psychics, too. Some let their ego get in the way instead of staying in neutral in conversations. They are not 100%. Better than the media though. I follow many and they are letting this election get to them. Almost causing hate.

Adamus is great! He predicted in 2017 that Trump would be president for two terms. Maybe he can say something about Bashar's election prediction (WW3, open contact).
He was dead wrong. It was nothing near to "close." Trump won by a landslide, and we knew the result the next day, without huge riots or violence. I guess Adamas watches too much MSNBC, and he believed the polls, which were BS.

What Adamus is describing about 20 minutes in sounds like this to me. When someone has Multiple Personality Disorder, the goal to healing is integration. Rather than destroying all but one personality, a good therapist/psychologist will aid in integrating all of the personalities into one. I wonder if that is what will happen as we step into enlightenment. Are we integrating all of our lifetimes into one?
