@@ilikeithardcoretv3367 If manufacturers like samsung and Lg didnt stop adding LiDar or just agreed on a standard for it there wouldnt be this issue. but consumers for android were not actually using LiDar prior to all these advancements. so in the future more android phones will add LiDar BACK but not really anytime soon. cause it would cut into profit margins. anyway without being long winded i understand why androids dont have LiDar anymore. its not android, its LG, Samsung, google, etc the people making the hardware not software. Even when they bring LiDar back into droids, doesnt mean all this software will work right away. annoying but the only way is to get an iphone.
Awesome! Cool to see the presentation! Thanks Cg Cookie for the share !
CG Cookie + Compositing Academy = sweet awesomeness.
This is definitely a game changer!!! ❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾
Thanks for sharing your experience. I recently watched your Nuke-Blender tutorial. Amazing content!
really cool concept! One question - can you send the video from the phone out to an on-set director’s monitor?
I'm confused why you don't just use an HDR10 capture card and an on-camera IMU to get the video and gyro data into Unreal?
How do you match your keyed footage to blender environment
My question is how much is this on a smaller scale/smaller budget?
amazing
This is the only reason i will get an iphone. i hate apple with my heart.
ill do my best to buy it 3rd party so the person makes the money and im re-using a phone and not giving apple money.
yeah kind of sucks you need an iphone to do any of this, just to preview your scene and find different angles
Yep. Appple suck. HARD.
