At least one employer was able to say "I'll take you but you must look for something else with your qualifications and once you've found it...give me 3wks so I can find your replacement. Ye sú at some point I used withhold some of my qualifications and experience to meet the needs of the job I was applying for. I'd tell them what I knew they wanted to hear and still be truthful. bills don't respect my certificate!
I did the same thing. I'd embellish my resume; depending on the position, I'd take out or add somethings. it's quite sad that its the way world is working but eeyy those bills ain't gonna pay for themselves unfortunately 😒😐.
