'Lore accurate Reaper' is actually so true. Dude really does just fly around in the animated shorts.

Hear me out: Imagine lore-accurate mode with every character being slightly on the OP side
One suggestion to fix the "targetting" issue would be to keep all the duplicate heroes below the map and only teleporting them into place when they are being used.
Then the problem would be that there aren't 3 on obj unless abilities are being used, not to mention how that may fuck up channeling abilities and break a lot of interactions.
No, they'd need to make the other heroes untargetable by abilities somehow or force prioritize targeting to the primary hero.
Maybe making them mini until a ailityis used than you have here size to normal

@@magythemage But then what happens when your character is flying, or some sort of knockback happens? What happens if there's an environmental elim on you but the rest of the heroes attached to you are under the map? What happens if a hero that's attached to you clips into an environmental kill zone? What happens if they clip into map geometry?
It's just a janky as hell way to fix a relatively simple problem, and it'll be basically guaranteed to cause problems somewhere.
The problem with the targeting Is that it’s projectile, the targeting tool has to account for individual projectile speed, and the movement of the target.
Thus it’s difficult for targeting to work on projectile attacks. It’s nothing to do with the setup, just how the targeting ult itself functions in ow2.

Okay reaper is spooky but reaper with 500 health is absolutely horrifying, even more so when you have dedicated support
Not sure if anyone mentioned it, but I think having Dva changes your ult generation, so that if you die you can quickly generate a new ult through some coding shenanigans

I really love these kinds of videos from Flats, It's insane how much fun a video game becomes when the person playing is have FUN. Man who could have guessed? Coming back to this, imagine reaper getting Mauga’s cardiac overdrive ability in one of these, would be nearly unkillable with the lifesteal and self healing

When i heard lore accurate reaper that just made me remember that reaper actually can just become smoke and fly. Somehow.
Same thing as Anne - his body is augmented and entirely composed of nano-technology.
Remember big hero 6 villain? Same thing, kinda. But with shotguns.
Likewise, Mercy can directly heal (restore tissue) through nano-replacement. Which checks out scientifically

I think this Workshop game mode is verified by Blizzard, so that's why the code has so much detail and that it doesn't show us the Workshop code.

I think it would be freaking awesome if each character had multiple abilities and ultimates but you had to choose a loadout every time.

My favorite character is the reaper guy. he is very powerfull. special move, honestly is one of the best in the game and so he comes equipped with these two revolvers and only takes about 3 or 4 shots to actually execute a kill so it comes really in handy specially when you fly in from the side and rocket barrage the enemy.

I think that's because of DVa being de-mech'd after dying, and baby DVa ult charging up
I think it would be cool if you did the same but they hade the same hero abilities but different primary fires.
