Nobody in the us plays this game right now. Zero servers, im so sad.
There's always tons of players in US when the servers wipe!! Problem is, people play like 24/7 for 2-3 days straight, then get max level and get bored and switch servers, LOL. The update coming in about a week should fix this ☺️ Also, the Europe servers are popular too and ping is not too bad.
