Hi im 11 weeks pregnant, and i m outside nepal and here they do ultrasound every 15 days .but i heard somewhere that doing too much ultrasound is not good for the health of baby . Is it true and how frequently should we have to do ultrasound. Thank you
no they dont actually ask you to do USS every 15 days, if only it's compulsion

Pre-planned pregnancy is important and Folic acid tablet is vital. Most importantly, pre-conceptional folic acid helps to prevent birth defects in newborn thus prevents disabilities (neural tubal) by birth. Folic acid tablet consumption by both male and female before three months of planning and female continuing for three more months once pregnancy is confirmed need to be practiced by all couples.
For your information, it is now freely available in all government health facilities of Sunsari, Morang, Dhankuta, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha and Bhojpur district. Please recommend your nearest ones who are planning for baby or new pregnant women.

hospital charge vannus na?how much cost for delivery?
Medicity ko service and the infrastructure is so good that's why hospital charge is expensive that's why I switch to patan because I cannot afford 1 lakh for a normal delivery , Tara Dr. Nira Dr.Binay and other doctor are ekdummai humble and suggestive. It's all our choice. My friends who gave birth in medicity always recommend medicity because of its doctor, facilities and infrastructure. Yes only if we can afford it

Dr neera one of d best doc no doubt ...but...My pregnancy journey with Dr neera was wonderful but when it comes to have c section it was my worse experience becoz for a whole pregnancy I was thinking that Dr neera will be doing my c section bt at last moments she handover my case to doctor junu bajcharya my mother inlaw n my husband eyes was tired searching Dr neera while I was taken to ot even I asked dr junu where is Dr neera B4 my operation n got reply if there's any emergency she will come I was tearful listening tht becoz same thing Dr Alka did to me while I was having my 1st baby that's the reason we switch to Dr neera in mediciti bt in second baby also I had to face doctor exchange in last moments hami kunai doctor vanera jane ho naki thyako infrastructure plz patients feelings Pani bujnus ....being a pharmacist I face all these problem vane pachi Aru normal ppl le Pani face garnu vako hola...

So glad to see my Doctor and A well known Actor talking about pregnancy and post- pregnancy. Well i had twins babies( boy& girl) four months back, i was under the guidance of Dr. nira s shrestha and her team. I never skip my yoga& meditation in-fact i was encourage to do all my yoga which help myself and fetal inside me. though i had c- section on 35 weeks my babies were so healthy. My husband and i we both are so proud that we choose right doctor and good hospital for my delivery. Before you plan for pregnancy it is really very important to have folic acid and better to have your whole body check up prior it will gives you more confidence. Make sure you stay meditative and go on a walk every morning or evening it will makes you more active and healthy. Such a beautiful conversations. We really loved it looking forward to see more interesting conversations related to post- partum. Lots of love to expecting mother and little human inside. May you have safe delivery ❤️

Hi Reecha ji, it was very informative session. I am a pediatric dentist by profession and I found this video very useful for my patient's and their family, so planning to share in my clinic page. I just wanted to suggest you and it's a humble request too... Can you and Dr. Nira just reshoot one video in "thet nepali/ pure nepali" language??? The informations you have shared here needs to reach every place, all over the world. I think people in rural places of nepal are in dire need of such kind of informations. I think this could be a milestone informative session. (The idea of "pure nepali" language came from my college days. We had to literally translate every dental information in pure nepali while we were providing dental education in the community, and it was totally fruitful). Have a great pregnancy :) Take care.
