im in carlsbad ca, we have about 15 black belts at our gym, so its self regulating, as theres plenty of people who can adjust a bad attitude quickly.....

That is nice don't get me wrong but Isn't it a little contradictory to smash people when you are trying to get them to tone down?

Just left a GB school that was located close to me, they were allowing a person to slam people for 3 months straight, ended up getting injured but learned I should have stayed with my original school with the extra ten minute drive

Nice. Had a guy stop by the school. Started going 100% at the white belts...talking about how he was from the streets...FF to enforcer. Enforcer rolled in, took his GI off and pounded him...never saw the bully again...hopefully he won't do that to another gym...enforcer was co-head instructor - 3 stripe black belt from Brazil...it was fun to watch...bully picked the wrong school. LOL...

What's a mat bully? Sounds really subjective. Can you explain on a video?

    Thanks for video
I train and there's a guy I like but noticed he likes bullying and showing off he gets weaker smaller people into dominant positions but never submits them his done it to me before. His a dick basically we are both white belts but I have done this before and my first sparring at previous gym was with a purple belt who should have been a brown and two brown belts. They basically put it on me toying with me and would say this is what your getting yourselve into but in a gentle respectful way. It's sad these bullies think they can get away with it. What I do now is speak to the victim after the mat bullying and teach them that prevention is better then cure. If the bully gets you in side control or mounted do these things. I feel I should speak to the bully and tell him straight as honest is best policy. What's your take on this professor?
