A superb design. But I have noticed that most of townhouses have these humongous stairs and wide hallways that present an office building feel.. What a waste of space. I will occupy the third floor as my personal space transforming the other bedroom as office, computer room, music room. The second floor bedrooms as guest rooms and entertainment room. The elevator is very useful especially in bringing groceries ,laundry ,cavans of rice up the kitchen and the bedrooms. Bedrooms should be soundproof to afford privacy. It must have intercom and lock mechanism for security.
@@theresidentoxymoron it matters to me and should matter to everyone else. Firstly, it cannot be possible that she dresses like this every day. It has to be presello's sick idea of a uniform. Secondly, which other property agent do you know of who dresses exactly in the same casual clothing for every sales pitch? Just look around RUclips and you'll find none. I find the fact that presello insists that she dresses this way quite demoralising for her. They're just limiting her from of expression. And thirdly, she's the attraction in the video, not the properties. I see it as the house complementing her. So the better she dresses, the more appealing the properties she markets. If presello being a marketing company for properties can't see this, they don't deserve to market anything. My 2 cents' worth.

The elevator is a bit slow huh hahahaha parang mas mabilis pang maghagdan, much better for heavy things na lang siguro yon.

Why you're always mentioned TOILET and BATH even without BATH TUB? You should say SHOWER ROOM or TOILET and SHOWER.
