Thankyou for the video good to see the nursery, the variety and how it’s set up. Curious does the owner cover her shade houses in winter from the rain? Do you know what ratio of perlite she adds to her potting mix? Interesting her mix is so simple compared to some of the fancy mixes that are about..

She only has the 50% shade cloth for the winter and sorry I didn’t able to ask the ratio of her perlite mixture. ☺️😊
