When the sabotage is running, CHARLES HELICOPTER IN THE WINDOW!!!
But when the sabotage fixes a second later, its gone
This means the imposter is a good guy, but only for the airship
The toppat gang owns the airship, and they are a criminal organization and Charles is in his 20's and he with Henry Stickmin infilitrated airship in another series, so the imposter works with Charles and the rest of the government which is why the helicopter is close during sabotages
