I did have a thread breakage problem the other day and the store I bought my machine from said to change the needle (I had the wrong one in for a tshirt), and too change the thread (I was using Walmart embroidery thread). But, the needle was the problem, so I didn't have to change the thread. I haven't had an issue since. She did say that you could slow the machine down too! That some designs can cause the thread to break! ??
Hi I have just looked at your video, the first time you said you were using the PRS 100. Have you ever used an embroidery machine before you purchased this one? I have never used any machine before, but want to begin embroidering on some items which I sew. Want to purchase a machine like you just did, but I am totally inexperienced in any embroidery machines. Just want some guidance. Thanks, Bella Antonia
I think you must have commented on the wrong video. My child wasn't in the background making a lot of noise. And there isn't any banging in the video that I can hear! Thanks anyway though!!

I bought this machine in November and had never embroidered anything ever before! I was a total newbie! It has been super easy to use and learn!
TOO NOISY WITH THE CHILD IN THE BACK GROUND AND KICKING OR BANGING NOISE IN THE BACK GROUND,, VERY DISTRACTING INDEED
