Pope will get better than average players for UK but it's Billy Gillespie 2.0 in the Commonwealth. Read the rosters and be afraid, Big Blue Nation, the Porkers will be the home of college basketball's new "Big Red Machine".

Remember guys, it's Calipari University. And let's not forget how much talent - including experienced talent - Cal had at UK the past several seasons. This past season alone he had an All-American (senior Antonio Reeves), a 12 pt/game senior big man in Tre Mitchell, FOUR top 10 incoming freshmen, ANOTHER McDonald's All-American (Reed Sheppard) & 3 talented seven-footers. He's had talent in spades still. Maybe Davis will be a game-changer for him who knows. He's a great player. But I laughed really hard at the Arkansas fans reactions here (and elsewhere) because Cal doesn't seem to be changing much from what he did here. I wish him all the best, sincerely, I do. Just not when he plays us.
You can't compare what his time here will be, coming to a different place with different energies. He might not change anything, he might change a little, or allot. No one knows. What everyone does know is he is a proven winner.

Hold ur horses. We had a good team last season but didn't jell like we thought they would, had all the hype these guys r getting. Have to see them play before giving a thumbs up. I do believe we'll get another championship don't know if it's this year
We absolutely didn’t have a good team last year. Brazil obviously has not been the same since his injury. Devo was underwhelming we added some transfers that were pretty solid but my point is we had like 3 good player on the roster and only one was constantly good and that was Battle
Everyone knows Cal cannot recruit experienced players.......
He had plenty of them @ UK the past few years, including Consensus National POY/All-American Oscar Tshiebwe & All-American Antonio Reeves. Didn't help our post-season results much though. But hey, maybe Cal will suddenly figure it all out again.
