I’m 40 minutes in and this is golden. He’s saying everything I suspected. They studied human psychology for over 100 years and MKultra mind control. If I don’t meditate and have my emotions and mind in the calmest, clearest and most focused state, they cause confusion and mistakes.
I have a saying --- A day without Meditation is a Day wasted. In my opinion, meditation is extremely important if you want to grow in life.
