  • Candid Football Conversations returns with me, Arunava Chaudhuri, giving my thoughts on the matter of India international defender Anwar Ali if his loan deal with Mohun Bagan Super Giant continues or not, if he joins archrivals East Bengal FC, what action the AIFF could take and more.
    Can Anwar Ali get out of this mess?

    As crazy as this saga has been, I am astounded by the salary quoted!! Players playing in the Top 5 leagues would have that salary!! I understand the rarity of a Good Indian CB, but at some point AIFF has to allow more foreigners in the 11, so as to control this over payment of Indian footballers.

    Deal /Pre contract whatever it is.. is between Delhi fc.. on whose permanent roaster Anwar is in.. as MBSG doesn't play salary to Anwar Ali directly..but to Delhi fc.
    Inquiry should more importantly done on the basis this shady loan deal was done.. to bypass the salary cap.

    The contract between EB and Anwar will not official as they have doubts on themselves so they aren't making it official.

    On a positive it's heartening to see neither the MBSG management nor Delhi FC nor East Bengal thinks of benching the prodigious Anwar Ali.. neither considers him to be in a mess.. except a few people on RUclips videos

    It's safe to say that Anwar's defence (of himself) is half-hearted

      Anwar's comments are heavily baseless and irrational

    First thing, Igor Stimac no termination clause is due to collision between then general secretary Shaji Prabhakaran and Igor

    Ranjit is first owner then manager and then coach,now he reversed it and coach to manager and then to owner, he is owner of Delhi FC ( manager and coach doesn't matter)

    Anwar testing what MBSG will does, he has no option but to go training by 19 July, otherwise loss will be to Anwar

    Have you seen the Contract? East bengal and Ranjit bajaj is not much fool that they contract a player who is already in contract with others club, unless there isn't some loop holes in the contract. 😅

    • @arunfoot
      @arunfoot  Месяц назад

      I personally don't need to see any contract. Even a meeting could lead to an investigation and suspensions.

      EB is now walking on thin ice and that's why Neetu Sarkar said no comments about the Anwar saga, stating it's between DFC and MBSG. If there is the slighest proof of EB getting involved, EB will surely face the consequences.

    East Bengal management is much more smarter than you sir... They r signing contracts from ages 🙂

    Anwar is saying, there is no termination clause. I was checking onlne it seems if loan contracts doesn't hv exit clause, Fifa rule says the end duration is treated as a termination clause and in order to terminate both parties will hv to mutually agree. Is that right Sir ?

    • @arunfoot
      @arunfoot  Месяц назад

      That as you correctly say is the FIFA regulations!

      @@arunfoot Thanks Sir, so Anwar's claim of making contract invalid due to above clause mentioned is completely baseless ?

  • @MormikGhosh

    But sir from a legal point of view ,the jurisdiction of fifa shall precide when the case goes to fifa , therefore even if the aiff gives the verdict against the player , wouldn't it get overturn?
    Will fifa's player committee follow thier own legislature or aiff legislature? Isn't the higher jurisdiction followed in any disputes from a legal point of view?
    The Fifa's rules clearly state that all existing long term loan deals shall cease to exist from 2025 onwards and this rule came in to force from 2022. Whereas Anwar Ali signed the deal in 2023. Isn't this a clear violation of the higher jurisdiction since fifa stated the word existed but if you sign such an agreement after 2022 isn't that legally invalid? If so, will the aiff also get punished for its mismanagement??

    • @arunfoot
      @arunfoot  Месяц назад

      FIFA has given a three year transition period for implementation of loan deals, so the final decision will be made as per AIFF rules and regulations.
      But still the matter could go to the AIFF.

    Btw is there any possibility of MB and AA mutual permanent deal
    Will it solve the mess or not ?

    • @arunfoot
      @arunfoot  Месяц назад +1

      I think that too much has happened for the player to return to the club.

    • @chayanroy9807
      @chayanroy9807 Месяц назад

      MBSG would find it difficult to include AA within permanent contract.. it it will derail the team building process.. where all players including Foreigners have to be placed within the Salary cap..😂
