Hi 😊 Yes the attic room can turn into playroom as long as they can access thru the ladder but still it the buyer’s discretion on what function he/wants it to be hehe its just an idea po as I remembered when I was a kid I would love to climb/ go somewhere that’s challenging. Hehe
i did not see any dirty kitchen. i cannot understand how the maids be accessible in the kitchen and to their employers. not impressive in terms of design and functionality.
