My school district's last IC REs were the 2015 models which were delivered in the 2014-2015 school year. After that starting in the 2015-2016 school year, all of our new buses are IC CEs not only for special needs, but for general ed as well.

Worcester MA used to have these buses until they switched to the ICCE buses in 2022, sad they don't use these anymore.

Also, my school district in Auburn MA has some of the Thomas EFX buses, replacing the ICCE buses 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11. Buses 1, 2 (my bus), 4, 8, and 10 still have the ICCE buses.
Edit: Sometime soon they might replace the EFX buses of 6, 9, and 11 with Thomas C2 buses.
