    I was wondering why you hadn't used the lens-correction - but as soon as I realised you'd stacked images together, that made more sense. Really impressive, and as you say subtle, but makes a big difference.

    I shot the church earlier this year from more or less the same position. I corrected the perspective in LR (because I didn’t know about the PS tip) but now need to reprocess it in PS as you did Glynn. Very helpful video.

      That's quite a drop on the right at that position huh :)

    The adaptive wideangle filter works a bit more subtle, when only local adjustments are needed.

    Excellent! You hit on exactly my own problem with this! (Both color and b+w good :-) )

    Well done! But wouldn't it be more realistic (to our brain...) if the church wasn't completely upright?

    • @glyndewis
      @glyndewis  2 года назад

      Not really no, because when I was there looking at it, it was upright ... it's the lens that makes it appear otherwise

    The church is above centre in tbe photograph, so it looks like you are looking up to it. Therefore, we expect the top of the tower to be further away than the bottom ... so we expect the top to be narrower than the bottom.
    Having its sides parallel is therefore unatural.
