I am pretty young but I wanted to share this. I remember in 2012 I would wake in the morning ,and my mom would get my ready for preschool. We would go in the car and she grab the CD cover of the album “trilogy”. She would take out the CD and put in disc area. She would have it on repeat. As a kid it would be annoying listening to the same songs. But now this album holds a special place in my heart. As much as the lyrics are depressing ,I absolutely love this song. And no I am not depressed. But this has some connection with me in my life. At the time I was only 5 ,and my parents weren’t the happiest. I would hear Arguing everyday from both. I was only a kid so I couldn’t do anything. I remember the exact date my parents split up. June 1st 2015. I remember just crying out of no where. I was emotionally unstable at only age 5 or 6. Seeing kids with their parents at school. Seeing them hug both parents while I would get a hug just from one parent every other week. Honestly I would say I was depressed now that I look at it. I never got to go to vacations with them. I just hated me and my mom going to my grandmas house ,and I would just cry in my grandmas arms. So the reason why I have a connection with this song it’s bc to me the meaning of the song is even though life might have roller coasters and might not go your way everything will be alright. As much as I hate giving a pity story I rlly needed to say this for some reason. I still think that part of my life hasn’t fully healed yet.
