Personally... new guitar players tend to struggle with... what to play? (Freestyle with scales) I know certain things, power chords, muting, sliding etc etc, but making everything coming into place bricks my brain sometimes! But any insight on this regard sounds like an amazing class to have.
This is amazing practise routine! Builds a lot of accuracy and rhythm. Playing for around 6months! Daily hard work, can't play anything, but am currently studying and diving into scales! Doing various drills / spider with random patterns using a metronome started at 80BPM - comfortable speed is 150BPM - pushing 170now! (random patterns I used, 1234,1324,1242,1423,1432 - 3124, 3142, 3124... etc etc ) you can create all kinds of sequences. No joke, can't stress enough for newcomers, do this. And teach your hand to love each finger individually!
What techniques would YOU like help with on guitar? I’d love to make another lesson like this!
