I think it's an Innocenti. Just look at the grille unique to the Italian Minis (also Australian cars are RHD). Both Italian and Australian have models with triangle windows.

I dont like vtec cam timing.Just run a regular cam on a non interference head and time it until you like it.Yes lumpy at idle but when its comes on song the magic happens.These interference heads are a pain.
