This is a valuable interview. Big concern "there are already similar products for sale, how do I differentiate?"
A product launching in an existing market is very good because you know people are buying.
Listening to how she differentiated is valuable. Thank you!

Thanks for this - really powerful and insightful. Alicia mentioned a podcast you did, I think with George??, in journeys - can you let me know the title or when it was released as would love to listen to it

    Hi Ryan,
I live in Poland. I will sell my product on the German market. I would like you to advise me on what language to use when building a community in social media? I speak English much better than German. People living in Germany also know English, but it is not their mother tongue.

This may sound weird but hit me up if you need an English/German translator for your products, I'd like to simply help and build a relationship with fellow entrepreneurs :) I will also sell my product on the German market but Poland has always been an interesting country for producing to me

I would work with a translator to help you write all your content in German so it is in your target market’s native language. You can find so many of them off Fiverr or Upwork!
