    Method 1) worked. I waited 5 mins before reconnecting to power :). I also reset the modem just in case. Ty!

    My TV wasn't detecting my 5G network, but changing the channel fixed it. I'm not sure if it's because my network was on a DFS channel or if it was because it was on a channel that isn't available in China

    Changing date & time back to “use network provided time” worked for me.

    Thank you. We had to reconfigure the IP address. Power cycling or factory reset of TV did not work.

      Unfortunately still having issues. The WiFi disconnects randomly and when it does so the remote is not responsive. I have tried the factory reset and it worked fined for a few days, but it is back to the same problem. The only thing I have not tried is hardwiring an ethernet cable. Will need to find one.

    Our tv buffers lots - it never used to. But speed test shows the wifi is super fast and strong signal on my phone.

    Appreciate if someone can help me.
    My Hisense tv is connected to the wifi but there's no internet (I can't watch/browse anything).
    The weird thing is if I connect my phone to the same wifi and then turn on hotspot, my tv can connect to the internet via my hotspot.
    It's like my TV just can't connect to my wifi specifically. My TV works with other networks. My wifi works with other devices.
    I've tried:
    - Turning the wifi router & modem on & off (including unplugging)
    - Restarting/turning on & off my TV
    - Factory resetting my TV
    Nothing worked and I'm really confused which is the problem, my tv or my wifi?
    Someone help me 😢

      If lan cable can connect it has wifi . But no router detection

    Do not ask how! Holding the power button for 15 seconds right as you unplug tv really works !!!

    Wow, THANKS! The first tip - unplug, hold power button, wait 30 minutes, try again - worked perfectly. Problem solved.

    If you unplug it and then hold down the power and then replace it in .... that doesn't make any sense. If it's unplugged (zero power) how does it register you holding down a button

      This is to help drain power from the capacitors. They can hold charge for quite a few minutes due to their size.
