I did a little research and actually Sans and Frisk have a platonic love not a romantic love. In a original post from the creators of Flowerfell it is true that they didn't give what age Frisk was, however, they did say that Frisk was a child and Sans is an adult. The love part in the song wasn't meant for romantic love but the love of a growing bond of friendship (platonic love). Flowerfell isn't a "Frans" AU.
