KLM is not an ultra-luxury aimed carrier. Less seats would mean higher prices and losing their cheaper than average business class upgrades. For the price of a check in upgrade to premium economy on most airlines you can sit in business on KLM. And the full fleet is now lie flat, which is a lot better than some other options.
The reverse herringbone seats take up the same amount of space as the regular 2-2-2 configuration. It's just a matter of using the space more efficiently. In some cases it's even possible to fit up to 32 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration (Vantage XL) between doors 1 and 2 on the A330-300.@@UnimprovedIN
Was missing your videos, glad you're back! Although the new seats look great, I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that there are business class seats that still require you to walk in front of somebody to reach yours. Why isn't everybody following BA's cabin layout?

You flew the PH-AKA Time square New York and this plane need more update. The extra update is the economy class cabins and same for the economy comfort.

It is a pity that partly due to the Corona that KLM had all A330 aircraft removed from the fleet. The refurbishment therefore now appears to have been a waste of money.
not really impressed with Business Class on KLM. Those seats were narrow. Plus you did not have your own entrance/exit if you’re sitting near the window. The pre-board flight snacks were pretty light. The menu was not impressive. Neither was the food or the dessert (a tub of ice-cream? really?). I’ve seen better.
2-2-2 Outdated immediately after refitting! A missed chance. I will never fly such a, or even worse (2-3-2) configuration in business class on any airline The vid itself is the only ok thing in this.

yes, they're full flat seats, and yes, there's not a lot of space for the feet ;-) (it's long enough though...)

they do have 1-2-1 on their more modern aircraft, like the Dreamliner. In the older ones 2-2-2 is the best you'll get from KLM!
