It's not so much the height, but more so the raw distance this move can cover. This is why people Conider Bowser recovery as passible. Because he has good air acceleration and Really good distance for having such weight. It was perfect mashing and aerial momentum usage.
You reach maximum height with bowsers upB if you dont mash at the beginning and start doing it about mid/endway, also when you mash you get a bit more aerial drift which helps avoiding stuff

Tweek used game 1 to see how Leon reacted in whiff and get up situations so he could take advantage of it later in the set. You can really tell if you watch the last stock of game 1, there were so many times Tweek didn't even attempt to punish Leon, and I believe Tweek knew he was behind and didn't want to try and bring it back and instead just gathered that intel for the rest of the set.
Depends on your play style. I have no patience and never play defensive so I use heavys. Bowser, k rool can take loads of hits and can kill most Characters at 70%. I find bowser the easiest. I get so many shield breaks using down b at the ledge.
The character that taught me the game over the past 3 years and is super fun is joker, very fast and unique with cool movement options, definitely a recommendation
@@linky-main-maybe269 gotta say i disagree, i think plats are good for hero. you said yourself his moves are mostly horizontal, consider the counterplay to this. the main angle you want to be coming at hero is from above, on a stage like battlefield, hero is very safe under a platform. with jump being a very sound option against almost anything hero can throw out, on a stage like fd a lot of the time you’re able to jump over something and still be in neutral. but if you’re forced to jump over something on bf you’re likely to end up on a platform, which obviously isn’t favorable. add in things like uptilt confirms on town and city and it’s hard for me to say hero is killed by platforms edit: one more thing, the lack of platforms pretty much nullifies up b out of shield for hero since there are none for him to safely land on

Leon needs characters with good bailout options and gimmicks. No legit character where he initiates approaches and outplays like leo,marss,tweek and the other actual top players..this is what happens when your gimmicks dont work.
Leon PGR, beat mkleo (hard to believe but it's true), can keep up with top 10 level players, and made cosmos who's ridiculous at the game look like a for glory player yeah he sucks alright
