i am sharing my experience , i got this card when it was launched. axis bank did not activated the card but send bills,i tried to use card, but it never worked, first they send 500rs services charges bill , i did not pay, they keep increasing interest on it and amount reaches to 7000/- from 500rs, when i not even took service for 1 single rupee, i made consumer court complaint , explained my points that axis neither activated this card nor i consumed any service , so why should i pay 7K? consumer court gave decision in my favour and all fee waived off, card closed. thanks to consumer court this happened during covid time !!
This card really sucks now, just for 590 waiver 3.5 lac spends is very hard because also I have sbi n hdfc card which is not LTF n HDFC n sbi are much more rewarding

but how can these banks make these changes for existing users ..they signed agreement and baught the card at some other conditions... such changes should be made only for new customers
Citi shouldn't had hand over its banking infra to Axis. Axis is worst choice as banking partner. I am not able to update my address through mobile application and via net banking. When I visited the bank branch, staff absolutely doesn't care about us. I have written application and provided all the documents in person but still address is not yet updated.

CIBIL score 16 points decrease ho gaya, koi late payment nehi hai, credit utilisation 3.81% hai, kuch bhi asa reason nehi rakha jiske karan cibil drop ho jaye. Phir aisa kyun or kis wajah se hua??? Please explain
It is good but it’s not unlimited cash back Upto 5000/- Earlier it was unlimited and it’s downgrade to 10000/- now to 5000/- Although it’s best card in segment where any online platform we get 5% 🎉
To all of the people who have this fk axis cc - There is a solution to remove the joining fee or annual fee is to call the CC and tell them to transfer your call to senior then tell them that you didn't knew about the fees so please waive off the fees (You should call them after the fee is deducted from the overall balance and before statement generation)
