ISIOLO COUNTY ASSEMBLY INTERACT WITH MEMBERS OF PUBLIC IN KINNA WARD OF ISIOLO COUNTY.

Members of the County Assembly of Isiolo and their Staff have held a friendly football match with Jillo Dima Kinna FC at Kinna Pry School grounds.
County Assembly Speaker Hon. Mohamed Roba led the team that comprised of all the MCAs and support Staff members.
According to the Speaker, the friendly football match is part of a series of interaction activities between MCAs and members of the public.
Hon. Roba said that the interaction activity with members of the public will enable the ward representatives to better understand the various challenges affecting area residents and possible solutions.
He noted that local youths were well endowed with talents that need to be tapped, nurtured and exploited fully for the benefit the Youths.
Roba said that the County Assembly will come up with a piece of legislation that will guide the County Executive to conduct sports tournaments as a way of supporting talent development.
He said that the initiative was also a team building activity for the County Assembly Members and their staff, adding that similar exercises will be held on a rotational basis across all the ten wards.
Jillo Dima FC players were awarded a trophy and Kshs 50,000 cash by the speaker after defeating the County Assembly team 3-1.
The team will also receive 20 pairs of full uniform and 10 balls courtesy of the County Assembly.
