hi, I have a question. I have some tickets for Stella's lucky elevator event but I don't know how to start the event. Could you explain or show me that? I would click on the ticket in the hope that it would start like that, but unfortunately I don't know where to find it because there is no inventory as far as I know. sorry for the question but I'm pretty new
if your game is properly back up with google play or game center then I suggest manually back up your game and then delete the game and re install, some times there are content and offers missing from the game data base, if you are not sure you are properly back up then contact support otherwise you might lose your progress
