WHAT TO BUY in EXCHANGE SHOPS in Sword of Convallaria

Hey dear Mercenaries ! I reached the lvl 42 recently on Sword of Convallaria and I encountered some issues with materials to upgrade gear... Lack of Powder mainly and breakthrough materials but at least we can farm them in dungeons... What should we buy in every shop then? Should we take some extra powder? I think YES because it's the best way to get a TON for free !
