@ava-v2p6d Thanks, I thought that may have been the case. Yeah, Ringo does a good job on it. They should have made it a Ringo song. I like the Mamas and Papas version, too. Cass Elliot had such a great voice and gave it a nice jazz feel.
wow............... i havent seen this for a good 50yrs now, i almost wanted to grab a huge bowl of cereal and milk and sugar and curl up under the covers. saturday morning cartoons, the cfl, the nfl, and hockey night in canada all rolled into four hours to six hours cartooning bliss.....................
This original film version episode featuring "She's A Woman" sing-along was actually replaced by the A-side hit "I Feel Fine" on the remastered dvd version of The Beatles cartoons, my guess is cos of the adult lyrics "turn me on when I get lonely" in "She's A Woman" that prompted King Features to replace it?, I used to have the original episode recorded on cassette tape from the TV speaker 📺 🔊 of the original edited Beatles studio version back in the late '70's but is now long gone from wear & tear over time, this is the first time in over 40 years I've actually seen this original vision of this episode featuring "She's A Woman" sing-along originally featured on this original cartoon episode, a shame I cannot hear Ringo calling "Bartholomew" during "I Call Your Name" but great to hear the real Ringo's version of the same song, a real gem to see! 👀
BARTHOLOMEW IN HD
Love the Ringo version of I Call Your Name!
ringo's version is the best
Where does this version come from?
I've never heard it before.
Is it actually the Beatles with Ringo singing?
it is originally a Beatles song that John sang but later on after the Beatles split up, Ringo sang the song and in my opinion, made it way better.

I used to record stuff off the TV with a battery operated tape recorder. With a lapel crystal microphone. Boy has technology changed.

Also the vocals are covered up for the song Wird due to licensing restrictions.
With ringo singing!
Great version!
Due to licensing reasons tge vocals on Wait are omitted.
George's voice sounds like Peter Lorre _(a.k.a. Morocco Mole )
i never Heard Ringo sing this..or whoevers singin'
Sounds like Steely Dan copied The Beatles on this tune 16:00
