PATOTIN is also known as "duck stew" has always been the most popular main course here in the Philippines during special occasions like Christmas.
This recipe has been modified from generations to generations and regions by regions with several styles of cooking. But in my opinion and in my taste, only the Cagayan de Oro style is the most delicious and this is because of the ingredients that we are using especially "tuba".
