For advanced stages debulking is done and theres no need for the steps of surgical staging as multiple biopsies and aspiration right? Since if there are peritoneal deposits for example we know it's already stage 3 , and debulking is enough.?
If after surgical staging during TAH BSO we found more advanced disease either during the surgery or after sending the sample to histopathology, will debulking be done later on? For example if there were miscrosocopic peritoneal deposits ? Please help
