Non voiced games are the best, but only on this channel. ... Still strongly suggesting Discworl 1&2 point'n'clicks. Just sayin', it's a great idea (I have, like...one of those per year. On good years. Make it count, friend).
Your voice acting is flawless, mate! But your tactics doesn't make any sense... Here are some tips: Don't run in head-first into every group of enemies with your only melee character. She will at most drop one enemy, and there's a risk she won't drop even one. This will leave her not only exposed but also in the line of fire of your other units. If your shooting units are in place, ready to take down enemies, why not use them first? There will be time for knife stuff later... And for god sake, don't place all your units in a clump. Stray shots and grenades will be devastating. Use overwatch!
The drunk moonshiners fight was admittedly a bit of a cluster***k, wasn't expecting enemies there, thought I could get rid of half the group (I could only see two at that first moment) with a melee attack and then saw there was a bunch more lol. But the first fight on the bandit minions I was hoping I could take them down stealthily one by one... I still don't think any of the others could see me when I attacked the first one, it feels like the human AI in combat works a bit like it does for the stealing mechanics - alert one, alert them all. The zombies I'd fought until then could be dispatched stealthily, which is why I thought that approach would work. Melee also seems absurdly strong, enemies can shoot you even in cover, gun damage feels a bit unreliable, but a knife in the head seems a near-guaranteed takedown and the removal of a substantial amount of the enemies' damage potential. But also, it's just early access, so I'm just trying stuff out :)
I like this one... and it is already on my wishlist! :)
Nice!
this game has a lot of elements for an old game called "UFO aftermath"
I vaguely remember that one! I think I played it when I was looking for more XCOM-style games, but before Firaxis rebooted the series...
Don’t forget to unload your weapons before you recycle then or you waste materials 😊
Haha, good point!
