- Snowy resembled the other Scapeghosts. But unlike the others, her spectral visage glowed with a rather subtle blue aura. She drifted down to Vylet. “We are spirits between life and death. Born of the innocent blood slaughtered in the wake of Hyrfaas’s war” her voice was papery and frigid. Before Vylet could reply, Twilight stepped in, “Hyrfaas’s war? Who are you talking about?” Snowy looked solemn, her eyes were shallow and gentle. “You seek the land of Meridian don’t you?” she whispered, “she is the Princess in the kingdom of silver and gold. She is the reason we’ve lost our way to the afterlife.”

This track embodies the kind of music I dreamt about making when I was little. And now it’s here! I originally started Scapeghosts in July of last year. I had asked PrinceWhateverer to join me on it and he laid down some guitar and vocal stuff. I got inspired and played some guitar myself in the latter parts of the track. It was also a huge honour to have Foozogz on with me too. I’m very sorry I kept spelling their name wrong in all the promotion for this single @w@ I hope you all love this song though! And as always, DearMary came through to be an absolute hero with the illustration on this. She’s been one of my favourites to work with :3

Scapeghosts is such a clever little play on words and I love the concept behind them; beings to place any sort of blame on, regardless if they were responsible or not.
kinda love the obviously expositional aspect to the lyrics here, could absolutely be the lyrical introduction of the goats in a show.

I might look back at this comment and find it amusing how much I've progressed since 2021, but right now I weigh 431 pounds, and my heaviest weight was 503 pounds!
