Because you need to source specifically for majesty runes that came from the step10 rune pouches (I ran out of), which if I buy will also make it rc:0 And I’ll need a huge amount of them because as you’ve seen it takes more than a 100 rerolls to get the skill… Also I need to re-enhance the runes to +12-15 which is also going to be cancer…
