Cyberpunk 2077 - 100% crit rate Monowire (patch 1.6, build in description)

Also requires:
1. Kiroshi Optics - Weakspot Detection x3
2. Monowire Battery (High Capacity) + Sensory Amplifier (Crit Chance +2% from Instant Implants, Kabuki)
3. Operating System - Any cyberdeck with Legendary Short Circuit equipped (you do not need to ever cast it, just have it equipped for its passive).
Crit rate calculation:
Everything stacks additively.
Unconditionals that stack on character sheet:
Base = 1%
Each point of Reflexes = +0.75% (tooltip says 0.25% but this is a typo)
Fortuna (garment mod) = +4%
Legendary Limbic System Enhancement (15 Int frontal cortex cyberware) = +7%
Weakspot Detection (kiroshi optics cyberware mod, stackable x3) = +2% per mod
Rank 2 Cold Blood = +1%
Rank 15 Cold Blood = +1%
Unconditionals that stack on weapon:
Rank 7 Blades = +2%
Sensory Amplifier = +2%
Blessed Blade = +10% (you must have a bladed weapon equipped and unholstered)
Conditionals that stack on character sheet:
Strike From the Shadows (ninjutsu perk) = +7% while sneaking
From the Shadows (ninjutsu perk) = +20% for 7 sec upon entering combat
Merciless (cold blood capstone perk) = +5% + 1% per additional perk point while cold blood is active
All character sheet unconditionals = 1 + 15 + 4 + 7 + 6 + 1 + 1 = 35%
All weapon unconditionals = 2 + 2 + 10 = 14%
Total crit rate = 35 + 14 = 49%
So we need 51% from Merciless. We get +5% at base so we need to invest 46 perk points to crit cap and we need at least 1 stack of cold blood.
