But yeah NCC should be madatory! It will make students disciplined and unite them and make them interested in joining armed forces as a career!

@@mpriyanka6732 BSF, CRPF, CISF, CAPF, ITBP and Coastline guards are paramilitary forces not military. Just like armed police. Their rank is like police i.e. constable, headconstable, SP, etc. But their duty is different. BSF are posted in all border areas except Indo-China and coasts. ITBP only in Indo-China border and coasts are guarded by Coastline guards. Whereas, the ranks of Army are Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier, Major General, Lieutenant General and General. Army is posted in LOC areas and Areas with disputes. Army is pure Military.
BSF( Border Security Force) and Army ( Alert Regular Mobility Young ) are much different. There are several other differences also but these are the main ones.
