Precocious and determined, Elvira Sastre (Segovia, 1992) began her poetic career at the age of fifteen, in her own blog “Relocos y memorias”. His brilliant emergence in the printed edition occurs with Forty and Three Ways to Let Down Your Hair, from 2013. It will be followed by The Solitude of a Body Accustomed to the Wound, in 2016, and the delicious Aquella Our Shore, from 2018. His poetry, intimate and confessional, it still has that freshness of the website with which she began as a writer. This is undoubtedly due to the sought-after lyrical and colloquial simplicity of his verse, always addressed to a “you”, on the other side of the poem.
