There is immense pressure on these celebs to be thin as per their standards yet they make it a scene when they don't eat well. It almost seems like you need to be eating more but still remain slim. People then bully them when they gain weight. Double standards.
In kpop, k-drama, modelling etc. industry, the standard is to look 'healthy' skinny (sometimes muscular for men). However, it is different in variety shows. Korean mukbang is very popular and celebs will be seen more relatable when they eat well
