Hi, really nice video, I want to ask you if my tenants can use this apps for free, and will my tenants be able to pay their rent on the app and write their maintenance complaints through the app?
RealPage is the worst software ever created. Accountants and managers struggle to use it, yet the management companies continue to buy it. I hope they either completely redo it to mimick something like Resman OR close the doors and throw it away. Resman = Multifamily Yardi = Commercial Apfolio = Single Family RealPage = Trash bin Resman needs to customize their software to fit all of these management portfolios, then they can monopolize this software industry... Excellent software. Remember this: If you have to read a novel to find yiur functions, then your software is a waste. Now this is a great and informatuve video, but most of us have never heard about these softwares, but from the pics of the dashboards, it' complicated just like RealPage. To the author/vid poster: Please research the most used softwares and report back in those.
