LIttle Break from Project F'n-Rude and checking in on winter storage

The Evinrude or as I call it the F'n-Rude is waiting on a trip to find a parts motor. So I thought a short walk around my storage lot to see how things have held over the winter. All looks pretty good. Boat and camper season soon approaching, but this 60F Degree day is too soon and we will pay for it...maybe this weekend.

Hi Ed F'n rude ...now that's funny😄 It's always a good thing when they don't smell like mouse pics.... I have an old RV and it's almost a full time job trying to keep mice out of it ... I really like those old camper trailers they are really cool.... We used to have go cart tracks all over but they're all gone now

pretty neat old trailers,your like me with only a few projects......lol it was 60 here today as well,i put my plow back on my truck because we make get snow friday from the noreaster coming

roger oconnor I belong to a Vintage camper club called the Tin Can Tourists. We have a couple of vintage rallies here inn the Northeast every year. Our big one is held the 3rd weekend in September. We have 54 units from all over the Northeast and Canada. Last year we over 20 more campers show up that we couldn't fit in our loop so they just came to hang out. Lot of projects. I've messed with a few 60's OMC motors 18's, 28 hp, 9.5 sometimes you need to know when to say when. You can get in deep parts wise and end up with a pile of parts. Hopefully you can find a good power head and just swap it out, it looks like yours was run on straight gas or lean to get gouged out like that. Bring your compression tester this time
